Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, items must:

- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Personalized Products
Because our products are custom-made with your logo, monogram, or personalized design, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
